CHAD J. BROWN, DM, MPH, MBA

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

As Senior Vice President (SVP) & Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Dr. Brown is an executive leader within Bizzell that reports directly to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the SVP and CAO, Dr. Brown provides the Office of the CEO and other senior executives with high-level administrative, operations and oversight tasks focused on the strategic goals and growth of Bizzell US and helping turn the CEO’s strategic vision into reality.

Dr. Brown brings years of experience in the public health, public policy and management fields to Bizzell. Most recently, Dr. Brown served as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Administrative Officer for the City of New Orleans. Key responsibilities included assisting with overseeing the day-to-day management of the City’s numerous departments and agencies, preparing, and executing the City’s $700 million yearly operating budget and $1.2 billion 5-year capital program, and coordinating and implementing innovative solutions to reform city government.

Dr. Brown has diverse past professional experience in both the private and public sector throughout the United States. Before his role as Chief of Staff, Dr. Brown served as the Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Growth at the Bizzell Group, located in New Carrollton, Maryland. Additional past professional experience includes healthcare operations, management consulting for municipalities in Louisiana, and private sector project management and execution experience in the Washington, D.C. area.

Dr. Brown holds a Doctorate in Management from the University of Maryland; a Master of Public Health from Emory University; and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. Dr. Brown continues to serve as an Adjunct Instructor at Xavier University of Louisiana.
